Step One: Orientation & Onboarding
Every new member start with an evergreen welcome experience: * A video introduction to the Nine Constellations * Self-assessment to identify current strengths and gaps * A brief core course on Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) *A Quick Start guide to begin engaging right away
Step Two: Foundation and Personalization
Once onboard, you'll gain access to: * The Constellation Foundation Library- self paced content by constellation * Guided exercises to apply tools to your real-life aviation challenges * Priority Tracking in your Personal Dashboard * Weekly prompts and entry points matched to your level
